About us
Key4Life was set up in the wake of the 2011 riots to rehabilitate young men and children in prison or at risk of going to prison.
Key4Life has developed a unique 7-step model which focuses on unlocking negative behaviours through: horses, football, music and tools 4 life.
The charity provides mentors from all walks of life who act as role models, as 78% of our men do not have a father present.
Helping the young men obtain employment is one of the most important and effective interventions to tackle crime. We work with companies from construction, media, music, finance, hospitality, IT and others to help the young men unlock their potential. We are now awarding companies who employ offenders for a minimum of 6 months with The YOUNITED Flag.
The work of Key4Life is supported by its unique partnerships with companies, community organisations, prison and probation services and funders.
